Product Introduction

• Efficiency: The automatic polishing machine is an exclusive polishing system consisting of 8 heads with 6 Axis and a rotary table; multiple stations simultaneous operation ensures high flexibility and high product efficiency.
• Flexibility: The machine has four stations, each station with two heads. One station is for loading and unloading, the other three stations for polishing. The machine can produce different products at the same time.
• Fully Automation: Multiple processes can be achieved on different stations. Rough polishing and fine polishing depend on different buffing wheels.
• For more complex products, wheels of different specifications can be installed on the rotary polishing robot to achieve comprehensive processing of products, realizing a multi-purpose machine.
• The control system adopts DZ motion control technology, featuring stable performance and high control accuracy.
• Programming Method: Teaching programming with a portable hand-held device, containing manual mode to simulate workmanship polishing and record the track; an automatic operating model is available with pre-set parameter programs.
• Polishing Pressure & Wear Compensation Control: When the polishing cloth wheel is worn out, the system detects that the torque has become smaller and automatically compensates in all directions.
• Linear Speed Compensation: When the outer diameter of the cloth wheel is reduced, the system automatically increases the speed and compensation.
• Waxing Program Settings: Free setting of wax spraying time and frequency according to the characteristics of the product. Choice of solid compound or liquid compound.
• Fully digital control. Programs can be saved and recalled at any time.
• CN/EN language display on Touch Panel. Easy setting of all parameters for simple operation; fault codes display and alarm pages for quick troubleshooting and repair.
• Lack of wax alarm.
