High Efficiency

The automatic polishing machine is an exclusive polishing system consisting of 8 heads with 6-Axis control and a rotary table. Multiple stations operate simultaneously, ensuring high flexibility and high production efficiency.

Flexibility

The machine features four stations, with each station equipped with two heads. One station is dedicated to loading and unloading, while the other three stations handle polishing. This setup allows the production of different products at the same time.

Full Automation

Multiple processes can be achieved at different stations. Rough polishing and fine polishing are completed systematically based on the different buffing wheels installed.

Multi-Purpose Machine

For more complex products, wheels of different specifications can be installed on the rotary polishing robot to achieve comprehensive, multi-angle processing of products.

Stable Control System

The control system adopts advanced motion control technology, delivering stable performance and exceptionally high control accuracy.

Intuitive Programming

Utilizes teach programming with a portable handheld device. Contains a manual mode to simulate manual craftsmanship polishing and record the track, alongside an automatic operating model with pre-set parameters.

Polishing Pressure & Wear Compensation

When the polishing cloth wheel becomes worn out, the system detects the reduction in torque and automatically applies omnidirectional wear compensation.

Linear Speed Compensation

When the outer diameter of the cloth wheel is reduced over time, the system automatically increases the rotational speed and compensates for speed loss.

Polishing Wax Customization

Allows free setting of wax spraying time and frequency based on the unique characteristics of the product. Offers a choice between solid compounds or liquid compounds.

Fully Digital Control

Features completely digital operations. Customized programs can be saved and recalled at any time.

Multi-Language Display

Includes a CN/EN language display on the touch panel for easy parameter adjustments, fault code display, and alarm pages for quick troubleshooting and repair.
