  • Efficiency: Exclusive polishing system consisting of 8 heads with 6 Axis and a rotary table. Multiple stations simultaneous operation ensures high flexibility and high product efficiency.
  • Flexibility: Features four stations, each with two heads. One station for loading/unloading, three for polishing. Can produce different products simultaneously.
  • Full Automation: Multiple processes achievable at different stations; rough and fine polishing depends on buffing wheels used.
  • Versatility: For complex products, wheels of different specifications can be installed on the rotary polishing robot to realize a multi-purpose machine.
  • Advanced Control: Adopts DZ motion control technology for stable performance and high accuracy.
  • Easy Programming: Teaching programming via portable handheld device; manual mode to simulate workmanship and record tracks; automatic mode with pre-set parameters.
  • Compensation Systems: Automatic wear compensation detects torque changes as wheels wear down; linear speed compensation adjusts RPM as wheel diameter reduces.
  • Waxing Options: Free setting of wax spraying time and frequency; choice of solid or liquid compounds.
  • Digital Management: Programs can be saved and recalled at any time; Dual language (CN/EN) touch panel with fault code alarms.
