The machine equips with 6 NC axes. Can finish the polishing and buffing of 4 work pieces in one time.
With Italy advanced PROMAX control system for high precision of control and high stability of move technology.
Software: Programmable with portable handed device; contains manual mode to simulate workmanship and record track.
Wear compensation: System automatically detects torque changes and compensates in all directions as wheels wear out.
Linear speed compensation: Automatically increases speed as cloth wheel diameter reduces.
Solid polishing wax setup: Adjustable spraying cycle time and frequency for fixed or liquid wax.
Full digital control: Storage of up to 50/125 polishing programs adjustable at any time.
Touch Panel: Dual language (CN/EN) display with fault codes and alarm pages for troubleshooting.
Fixture protection: Wear-resistant sleeves ensure a normal use cycle of more than 6 months.
