The machine is designed to grind, polish, and debur a wide range of hardware components, including faucets, door locks, door handles, Zamak handles, door hinges, aluminum handles, as well as automotive components such as bumpers, supports, bars, and wheel rims.
During the grinding process, the machine continuously detects the positions of the contact wheels. It automatically adjusts their positions in real time to fully compensate for any physical wheel wear or positional deviation, ensuring consistent finishing quality.
The system has overall dimensions of 4000 * 3400 * 3000 mm. It operates with a machine power of 35 kW and requires a rated voltage of 380 V.
The machine features offline programming software for automated grinding. The controller can store either 50 polishing programs of 500 lines or 125 polishing programs of 200 lines. Professional technical programming assistance is fully provided to optimize process efficiency.
