• The system is used to polish different, round air tanks with already mounted attachments. All accessible surfaces, which can be reached with a round polishing brush, are polished.
• The system consists of an input station with rotary table and two component shelves, a robot and two polishing stations with two polishing brushes each.
• The technical equipment is designed to process up to 10,000 tanks per year in two-shift operation.
• Equipped with a Fanuc robot with mounted force sensor and a drive for rotating the component. The gripper grabs tanks and uses coarse and fine brushes for a complete finish.
• Loading and unloading is carried out manually by a system operator with light curtain safety protection.
• The system is fully enclosed and accessible via a safety gate with security lock.
• The plant size does not exceed external dimensions of 5 x 5 meters.
