Product Introduction
01
The caterpillar shot blasting machine is a high-strength wear-resistant rubber track or manganese steel track loading workpiece. It uses a high-speed rotating impeller to throw the projectile to the workpiece in the chamber to achieve the purpose of cleaning. It is suitable for small castings, forgings, stamping parts, gears, springs and other parts of sand cleaning, rust removal, removal of oxide and surface strengthening.
02
Features a cantilever centrifugal shot blasting device, offering long service life and a simple, efficient structure.
03
Versatile performance with three projectile speed options: 75 m/s, 80 m/s, and 85 m/s.
04
The pulley adopts an international advanced quick-change structure, improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
05
Equipped with a BE separator, ensuring excellent separation effect and high productivity, which extends blade life.
06
Uses a bag dust collector to keep emission concentrations lower than national standards, significantly improving the working environment.
07
Includes specialized mechanisms such as a manual shot parting gate and discharge door for better control.
08
This model can be operated independently or integrated into a full production wiring system.
Applications
• Faucets, locks, and door handles (Zamak, Aluminum, etc.)
• Automobile spare parts and components (Bumpers, supports, wheel rims)
• Door hinges and precision hardware

Frequently Asked Questions
What types of parts are best suited for the caterpillar shot blasting machine?
It is ideal for small castings, forgings, stamping parts, gears, and springs. It is particularly effective for parts that are not easily damaged by collisions during the tumbling process.
What are the advantages of the BE separator used in this machine?
The BE separator provides superior separation of shots and dust, which significantly increases productivity and extends the service life of the blasting blades.
How does the machine handle dust and environmental concerns?
The machine is equipped with a high-efficiency bag dust collector. This ensures that dust emission concentrations remain well below national standards, providing a safer and cleaner working environment.
What is the standard warranty period and after-sales support?
We provide a 12-month machine warranty. Our service team responds to inquiries within 24 hours to ensure minimal downtime for your production line.
Can the blasting speed be adjusted for different materials?
Yes, the machine supports three different projectile speeds (75 m/s, 80 m/s, and 85 m/s) to accommodate various surface strengthening and cleaning requirements.
Does the machine support automated production lines?
Absolutely. While it can be used as a standalone unit, it is designed with the flexibility to be integrated into existing automated production wiring for continuous operation.
